RPS Toolbox: This toolbox contains Matlab functions to capture the nonlinearities of the speech production system using reconstructed phase space (RPS) techniques.
RPS+ Toolbox: This toolbox contains the RPS matlab functions described above, plus all other related toolboxes, plus a file that sets all paths.
RPS V3 Toolbox: This toolbox is an update of the RPS matlab functions described above. An updated version of TSTOOLS is included and some deprecated MATLAB code was fixed.
TKDE Toolbox: This toolbox implements the time series classification algorithm presented in Richard J. Povinelli, Michael T. Johnson, Andrew C. Lindgren, Jinjin Ye. (2004) "Time Series Classification using Gaussian Mixture Models of Reconstructed Phase Spaces," IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, vol. 16, no. 6, June, 779-783.
